The Value of Prevention in Soccer and Sports

Many scientific studies have now discovered that over time, hyperspecialization can be risky for someone’s health and could even jeopardize someone’s entire sports career. Therefore, it is crucial for any athlete to integrate their own disciplines with a variety of specific practices that can really support their training, resulting in improved technical skills, better performance and resilience in the long term.

Mindful Movement
Making movement more efficient involves analyzing the body in motion through multiple lenses, including sports performance, education, and overall well-being. Applying the principles of biomechanics and both functional and experiential anatomy helps us understand movement in a deeper, more integrated way. Functional because it teaches us how to move more efficiently; experiential because it invites us to embody the movement itself, transforming each session into a lived, practical experience.
