It is a journey of self-knowledge that aims to reevaluate emotional obstacles and self-responsibility, give new meaning to mental addictions, and remodel life in a fuller and more prosperous perspective.
Method
Not long ago, coaches and mentors were hard-pressed to find a place where their teachings and guidance could be taken to the next level.
ESPAVO is a holistic and alternative support system for professionals from different areas, with the aim of success for each client. Created by experienced professionals with their coaches to help them get there. The CAP- Coach Assistant Program consists of a short-term immersion program for instructors, mentors and coaches, enriching and bringing resilience to their practices - it provokes self-discovery by achieving their best performance.
